This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and nobirds ("Developer") for the use of the Masterless mobile application ("Application").
1.1. Nature of Content: The Application utilizes generative Artificial Intelligence to create text, adventures, and imagery. You acknowledge that AI-generated output is unpredictable and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected results.
1.2. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the prompts, instructions, and data you provide to the AI ("Input"). You agree not to use the Application to intentionally generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
1.3. No Warranty: The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of the content generated by the AI. All AI-generated output is provided "as is."
2.1. Ownership and Responsibility: You may upload images, documents, or other materials ("User Materials") to the Application. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to use and upload such materials.
2.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your upload of User Materials that infringe upon copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
2.3. Processing License: By uploading User Materials, you grant the Developer a limited, non-exclusive license to process, host, and transmit such materials solely for the purpose of providing the Application’s features to you.
3.1. SRD License: This Application uses the System Reference Document 5.1/5.2 ("SRD") licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY-4.0).
3.2. Product Identity Restrictions: You agree not to use the Application to generate or distribute content that includes "Product Identity" owned by Wizards of the Coast LLC, including but not limited to: specific character names (e.g., Elminster, Drizzt), specific locations (e.g., Forgotten Realms, Waterdeep), or specific monsters not included in the SRD (e.g., Beholders, Mind Flayers).
3.3. No Affiliation: You acknowledge that this Application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast LLC.
You agree not to use the Application to:
5.1. Ownership Rights: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer does not claim ownership of the content generated by the AI based on your unique prompts.
5.2. Legal Status: You acknowledge that the copyrightability of AI-generated content is subject to current laws and may vary by jurisdiction. The Developer makes no claim that AI-generated output is protectable under copyright law.
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Application, the AI-generated content, or your uploaded materials.
