nobirds ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Masterless mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

• Firebase & Notifications: We use Firebase to send push notifications to your device. This may involve the use of anonymized device identifiers.
• User-Generated Content (LLM): Our service uses Large Language Models (LLM) to generate content based on your inputs. Please do not share sensitive personal information within your prompts, as this data is processed to generate game content.

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it. We process your data because it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you (providing the Masterless service).
